Carolyn Twomey, BSN, RN
Vice President, Clinical, Research, and Regulatory
Carolyn works directly with leading clinical researchers to design clinical trials and ensure clinical program accuracy. She also creates accredited continuing education programs, provides clinical support for field sales personnel and leads the company’s advisory board. Before joining Irrimax, Twomey was President of Pivotal Clinical Solutions and she led Molnlycke Health Care’s global clinical services organization, holding multiple leadership positions within the company’s US division. Earlier in her career, Twomey excelled as a perioperative nurse, critical care nurse manager and director of interventional cardiology. She also served as assistant professor of surgery and director of the Advanced Life Support Center at the Medical College of Virginia.
Twomey has published articles in Journal of the American College of Surgeons, AORN Journal, Joint Commission Journal on Quality and Safety, Infection Control Today, Managing Infection Control and Surgical Products, among many others. Twomey is a member of AORN and formerly served as trustee on the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) Foundation Board. She is a member of Surgical Infection Society and serves on the Membership Committee, the American College of Surgeons, and the Association of Professionals in Infection Control.

Peter B. Graves, BSN, RN, CNOR
Director, Clinical Outcomes Management & Education
Peter Graves serves as a subject matter specialist for the Irrimax Corporation sales team and for clinicians worldwide. He is a past board member and active member of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), for which he has previously chaired several national committees. He was the Clinical Surgical Services Manager at Baylor Medical Center in Carrollton, TX, and chaired the Baylor Scott & White Healthcare System OR policy subcommittee.
Graves has authored and collaborated on papers in multiple peer-reviewed journals including Perioperative Clinics, AORN Journal, Nursing Management, Infection Control Today, Advance for Nurses, and others. He has authored chapters on prevention of surgical site infections in Perioperative Safety by Donna Watson and as Infection Control chapter reviewer for Alexander’s Care of the Patient in Surgery.
He has presented extensively to both nurses and surgeons in the US, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Canada, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Spain, and Colombia on a variety of topics including infection control, latex allergy, and patient and staff safety. Graves has presented at multiple AORN Congresses, the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet Hospital Conference, the American Nurses Association, the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses (NAON), the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics, Neonatal Nurse (AWONN), and the American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses (ASORN).

Director, Clinical Services Operations & Compliance
Page C. McNeill is responsible for professional services worldwide. She coordinates development of clinical evaluations and the professional referral program, in addition to many other duties. She works directly with customers to provide clinical support and manages regulatory compliance. McNeill is an active member of the Association of periOperative Registered Nurses (AORN) and the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC).
McNeill has collaborated on papers in multiple peer-reviewed journals including American Journal of Infection Control and Journal of Surgical Research. She has been a board-certified Clinical Nurse Leader since 2012. Before joining Irrimax, McNeill provided care to our veterans in the Surgical Intensive Care and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit at the Malcolm Randall Veterans Administration Hospital.
Caryn Humphrey, MBA, RN, CNOR
Clinical Nurse Manager
As a Clinical Nurse Manager for Irrimax Corporation, Caryn works directly with customers and field sales personnel to educate and implement the use of Irrisept, in clinical applications. She serves as expert on the product and its technology. Providing product support to end users and potential new users, through in-servicing and on-site field support. She coordinates and teaches Continuing Education (CE) programs, upon request, for healthcare facilities/hospitals. Serving as in-depth clinical resource experts for practitioners. Caryn travels extensively, spending 80% of her time in the field supporting the product and educating. Caryn is also an active member of AORN and has served on committees and specialty groups. Collaborating and authoring several articles on improvements in healthcare, in nursing and healthcare executive journals.
Prior to joining Irrimax, she worked in multiple roles within the healthcare industry. Caryn has helped advance healthcare innovations and initiatives, and even chaired a surgical technology program. She has practiced in multiple nursing care and procedural areas: surgery, Intensive Care, the cardiac catheterization lab, the endoscopy lab and medical-surgical nursing. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the clinical team and encourages a collaborative team environment.
